Endocrinology is a subspecialty of Internal Medicine which deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to various hormones and their actions and disorders in the body. These are substances that help to control activities in the body and have several effects on the metabolism, reproduction, food absorption and utilization, growth and development.

The most common diseases and disorders of the endocrine system that Endocrinologist deal with include Diabetes Mellitus and Thyroid Disorders. Other endocrine disorders include: Adrenal Disorders, Calcium and Bone Metabolism, Endocrine Disorders of Pregnancy, Erectile Dysfunction, Lipid Disorders, Low Testosterone, Pancreas Disorders, Parathyroid Disorders, Pituitary Disorders, Ovarian Disorders, Osteoporosis, Secondary Hypertension And Vitamin D Deficiency.

We Here at Endocrinology and Associates also provide Education and Dietitian / Nutritionist Counseling. We also administer Hormone Therapy and Immunizations. Other services include EKG Testing, Pap Smears, Thyroid Ultrasound and Ultrasound Guided Biopsy.

There is also an Internist (Internal Medicine Doctor).

Our patients can also enjoy the convenience of laboratory services here in our office; this service is offered by Biomedical Laboratory Services ( Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm). We accept all major health, credit and debit cards.
